New House Farm is a Livestock and Arable farm, the main Livestock being the Southdown Sheep. Our flock is well renowned throughout the country and we are often seen at the South of England and Royal Welsh shows among many others throughout the year.
Other than sheep the farm is also the home to a small herd of cows, some free wondering chickens and every now and again you may see a few pigs.
Many of the Fields are used for crops each year and a varied growth of Oats, Barley and Wheat are produced dependent on what the farm selects for that year.
At the beginning of the camping season if you walk through the farm or
up in the woods it is hard to miss the sight of new born lambs prancing
around on the hills and causing mischief.
